November’s National Young Reader’s Week is an annual celebration dedicated to encouraging children and teens to fall in love with reading. Reading is crucial in developing problem solving, communication, vocabulary, imagination and cognitive skills. It is an essential life skill, so we are delighted to join in this year’s celebrations.
The main aim of National Young Reader’s Week is to inspire children to develop a love for reading. There are so many different ways that you can encourage this. You could take a family trip to the local library and check out some books. It’s also a brilliant opportunity to donate some books to local charities or schools, if you can.
