Neil Coley’s commitment to serious, full-time writing started once he had retired from his 35-year teaching career and over the last few years he has been the author of many successful non-fiction and fiction books. He has also published the first two parts of a science fiction trilogy, An Alien Autumn and A Blood Winter, both set in late Victorian London, as well as a crime mystery novel, The Cold Distance, which is partly set in the 1970s and partly in the present.
